Please be prepared to transition to a different conferencing tool before this system is discontinued at the end of the year. Meetings and recordings in this system will not be accessible as of January 1, 2020. Church employees are encouraged to use other approved, standard conferencing tools instead. Microsoft Teams and the new Webex Meetings are both available as standard offerings for the Church Workforce.

Inbound Dialing and VoIP (connect via computer) remain fully functional

Warning:  Please follow the steps below to keep your meetings secure and avoid unauthorized users from gaining access to your meetings.

-              Do not publish meeting numbers, passwords, or access codes on web sites available to the public.
-              To ensure security, use meeting passwords for meetings where sensitive information will be presented.
-              As the meeting leader or host, choose to "End Meeting" rather than "Leave Meeting" when the meeting has completed.
